The system includes Aquasana's Salt-Free Water Conditioner, which seamlessly integrates with the whole-house water filter. The salt-free technology naturally and safely reduces scale buildup on internal pipes and plumbing without the use of harsh salt or chemicals. Unlike salt-based softeners, Aquasana's conditioner will not demineralize your water, harm your pipes, or contribute excessive sodium waste to the communal water supply.

The activated carbon in this system effectively reduces organic chemicals, including pesticides and herbicides, while maintaining a fast and reliable flow rate with no noticeable change in water pressure. The salt-free conditioner, carbon, and KDF filtration are engineered to maximize filtration and reduce scale, while leaving the healthy minerals in your water. This system, however, will not reduce Total Dissolved Solids (TDS).
